Oxycodone is a prescription opioid medication used to treat moderate to severe pain when other treatments are not sufficient. Reliable access to prescribed pain medication is important for patients recovering from surgery, injury, or managing chronic pain conditions. Oxycodone should only be used under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate pain control.

Dosage & Usage (General Guidance):
Oxycodone is taken orally, with or without food, typically every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain. Common starting doses for adults range from 5 mg to 10 mg per dose, adjusted by the prescribing clinician based on pain severity, response, and tolerance. Extended-release forms may be prescribed for continuous pain management. Always follow the exact prescription instructions.

Safety & Reliability Notes:
Avoid alcohol and sedatives while taking Oxycodone. Do not share medication or stop suddenly without medical advice. Obtain Oxycodone only from verified pharmacies with a valid prescription to ensure safety and authenticity.

WHAT IS HOP ON A CURE?

John Driskell Hopkins, celebrated by many as “Hop”, is a founding member, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist of the GRAMMY award-winning Zac Brown Band. In 2019, Hop noticed some unusual difficulties when playing his guitar.  Two years later, he was diagnosed with ALS.  Hop and his wife, Jennifer, created Hop On A Cure Foundation. Hop On A Cure is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is committed to supporting research to prevent, reverse, and cure ALS while raising awareness.

WHAT IS ALS?

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, is a motor neuron disease that attacks the nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, affecting movement, speech, and even breathing. For some, progression can be rapid; for others, it can be slower. Though the rate of progression can vary, ALS is 100% fatal. The life expectancy after diagnosis is 2-5 years.
